Adina Gicic is a registered psychologist and an organisational psychologist registrar, known for her engaging facilitation style and strong commitment to improving mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours from Curtin University and a Master of Industrial and Organisational Psychology with Distinction from The University of Western Australia.

Adina has partnered with organisations across various industries (like mining, banking, and education), helping them enhance employee wellbeing, manage psychosocial risks, create tailored training programs, drive cultural change initiatives, and build stronger, more resilient workplace cultures through evidence-based practice. She has knowledge and experience across a range of areas, including psychosocial risk management, training and development, organisational culture, wellness and wellbeing, and recruitment.

Adina is especially passionate about creating impactful and considered initiatives that go beyond theory—focusing on real-world application and lasting meaningful impact within organisations. She values continuous improvement and development and is trained in Mental Health First Aid, Psychological First Aid and a range of psychometric assessments including Saville Wave Accreditation, and Hogan Assessment Certification (HPI, HDS, MVPI).
