Donna is an experienced professional, with an impressive profile as a Registered Psychologist, Facilitator, Health Promotion Specialist, and Principal Master Instructor of Mental Health First Aid. With a career spanning over two decades, she has navigated diverse professional landscapes, contributing within Health & Wellbeing strategy development and delivery, HR critical risk management as well as counselling and consulting.
Donna’s expertise extends across a spectrum of industries, including Local and State Government, Mining, Construction, Rail, Defence, and Infrastructure. She has managed various regional WA (Pilbara, Kimberley, Goldfields) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) clinics with services provided including counselling, critical incident response management, Fitness for Work assessment/training, and the establishment of Peer Support / Mental Health First Aider programs. Extensive delivery of health and wellbeing training programs and is Certificate IV : Trainer & Assessor.
