Professional background and

qualifications.

Melissa is a values-driven Operations and Communications Lead with extensive experience supporting senior leaders and teams in complex, fast-moving environments. She specialises in building practical systems, strengthening operational clarity and creating structures that help organisations run smoothly while keeping people at the centre of the work.

Her background spans executive support, operations and systems implementation, as well as many years of facilitation, workshop delivery and program design focused on emotional intelligence, wellbeing, leadership and sustainable service. She has worked closely with helpers, educators and creative professionals, supporting them to build ways of working that are effective, aligned and sustainable over time. This experience is complemented by a strong foundation in marketing and communications, giving her a grounded understanding of how strategy, messaging, human dynamics and day-to-day execution intersect.

Melissa brings a human-centred, psychologically aware lens to her work, with a particular interest in work that is aligned to capacity and purpose, clear communication and environments that support strong performance without burnout. Her work sits at the intersection of systems, communication and human dynamics, with a particular strength in supporting culture and team alignment in values-driven  environments.

Her approach is collaborative, thoughtful and pragmatic, shaped by hands-on experience working inside  organisations as well as leading her own facilitation and training work.

She is passionate about creating systems that serve people – not the other way around – and about helping teams work in ways that are impactful, positive and resilient.
