Sandra Lam is the Managing Director of Permentis and an endorsed Organisational Psychologist with over two decades of experience delivering practical, system-wide solutions that enhance organisational effectiveness, leadership, and psychosocial safety.
Permentis exists to help organisations take the guesswork out of complex people challenges. Sandra’s work spans industries as diverse as justice and law enforcement, utilities, defence, government, education, and health. From psychosocial risk and supportive leadership to organisational transformation and team effectiveness, she blends evidence-based approaches with commercial acumen to design sustainable, people-centred change.
Sandra has worked across Australia and internationally, including in Asia, the Pacific, Africa, and South America, with a particular strength in helping agencies strengthen their internal capability and wellbeing interventions.
With a Master’s in Organisational Psychology and an MBA, Sandra is registered with AHPRA, a Fellow of the College of Organisational Psychologists, and a Member of the Australian Psychological Society.
